The Fantastic Four is one of the earliest comic book teams introduced by Marvel. The core group consists of Reed Richard, Susan Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm. The four were on a space missions when they were irradiated. Returning to Earth, they soon found they had incredible powers and chose to use them for the betterment of mankind. Chief among their rivals is Doctor Doom.
