Agent Venom is the symbiotic being created by the merger of Flash Thompson and the Venom symbiote. Flash Thompson was known as early as an antagonist of the young Peter Parker in high school. Departing to enter combat with the armed forces, Flash returned a paraplegic, losing both his legs. He was later part of a government project that bonded him with the symbiote, enabling him to regrow his legs and imbuing him with spider abilities.
Flash then became Agent Venom, a force for good.
